Moonlit beach, Finale Ligure, Italy. There is magic in moonlit seas, in long summer nights on the Italian Riviera coast. I walk along the promenade, sharing tastes of gelato with my Norwegian best friend I met only two days ago. We dodge the erratic trajectories of little children who are delighted to be outside, now that the heat of the day has finally broken. Everyone seems to be out tonight, enjoying "il dolce far niente" (the sweetness of doing nothing).
